About Us
We are a full service fishing charter business specializing in in-shore light
tackle guided trips for Striped Bass. Weather permitting, we also offer
offshore trips for groundfish inlcuding Cod, Haddock, Pollack and Whiting, as well as trips for Bluefin Tuna and Shark.
For full day charters we can combine different types of fishing and all levels of fishing experience are welcome.

My Story
My name is Tim Deignan and I am a Registered Maine Guide, Licensed OUPV Captain, father and grandfather. My single greatest joy in life is my family. When I’m not spending time with them, you can probably find me on the water. My passion for fishing was instilled at an early age. My grandfather owned a boatyard on Long Island, NY and I was introduced to fishing before I could walk. My wife Dee and I moved our family to Maine in 1996 and I’ve been fishing the Maine waters ever since. The fishing obsession has taken me to some wonderful places including, Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, Belize, Panama and the Bahamas to name a few. However the inland and offshore waters of Maine are my home. Whether it’s jigging for mackerel with my 3 grandkids, throwing flies to Stripers cruising the flats or throwing giant poppers to crashing Tuna, the excitement is the same. Now that I am a guide, I have the privilege of bringing that enjoyment to others.
We fish from a 2023 24‘ center console Sailfish with state of the art electronics and powered by a 250hp Yamaha four-stroke engine. This boat has the perfect balance of size and speed for inshore fishing and also allows us to get to the offshore tuna and shark grounds very quickly. Our gear is top line and inlcudes brands like Penn, Shimano, Diawa, St Croix, Redington and Orvis.
